VINTAGE COUTURE HAND BEADED GLASS CUFF BRACELET - FRENCH?

OK ladies and gentlemen... I am not sure of the origin on this one. This piece is completely hand made. It is comprised of a bent metal cuff that is hand decorated with glass beads, baroque glass pearls and each bead and pearl is capped with colorful glass / faceted crystal headpins. The glass (especially the pearls) looks very French (think Chanel). The cuff is a larger size and will easily fit up to an 8"/+ wrist which makes it THE PERFECT piece to stack and layer (not that you need to with all this commotion).... but still....options....
